Produced by Teo
Macero.
Recorded live on a 165 acre East Afton farm on West Wight. For those who are not familiar with this album, it consists of three discs. Record 1 was recorded at the Atlanta Pop Festival July 4th 1970. Records 2 and 3 were recorded on the Isle of Wight in the summer of '70. Sly and the Family plays on record 2 and the musicians listed are the ones playing only the track credited to Sly and the Family Stone. This performance was engineered by Don Puluse, the same man who engineered "Dance to the Music," "Life," "Stand!" and "Fresh." |
